This is the End of the World as we knew it, you agree?

When I returned to Finland after being absent about 16-17 years, I was shocked. I was told that Finland had the best public health service, the best school system, the best legal system, the best police, the cleanest water, air and food, people were the most honest and intelligent (and the most happy too). Everything was the best of the world and no corruption, too.

I was thinking: what’s wrong with these people?! Are they blind, stupid or what? Maybe brainwashed?

Slowly they started to see the reality and today you hear that rubbish seldom only.

What 2024 will bring to the world as we know it? Most of us will hopefully see it.

Vuosi numero 2023

Uusi vuosi ja uudet kuijjeet? Kolmen kauhuvuoden jälkeen näyttää siltä, että vapaus voittaa.

Vai voittaako?

Ihmiset kulkevat edelleen maskit kasvoillaan ja sananvapauskaan ei palannut entiselle tasolleen. Ja rajoittavia lakeja laaditaan hiljaisuudessa niistä liiemmälti tiedottamatta.

Väkivaltakoneisto on tullut jäädäkseen. Ennen piti olla varuillaan taskuvarkaista yms. Nyt joutuu pelkäämään vartijoita ja poliiseja, jotka ovat nähtävästi pelanneet liian kauan väkivaltapelejä ja ovat unohtaneet, että ihminen saattaa oikeasti kuolla, jos hyökätään 4-5 miehen voimin kimppuun kuten viime viikonloppuna kauppakeskus Isossa Omenassa Espoossa.

Oliko ennen paremmin? Taatusti oli.

New year. Again. After 3 years of horror, it looks like that there will be more freedom again.

REALLY?

Ok. People are still wearing masks and freedom of speech did not came back as it was years ago. And the parliaments are making restricting laws in silence. Repressive government is here to stay now.

Before one should worry about thieves etc. and now you have to fear guards and polices, who apparently have been playing violent games too long and do not remember that a person can actually die if 4-5 strong guys attacking. Like in Shopping Center Iso Omena in Espoo Finland happened last weekend.

Was life better before? Sure it was.
